The Garden of Time is an illustrated book for children, currently in progress. I am creating images to illustrate the text by Rabbi Jill Hammer. The story will take the reader through the seasons and holidays of the Jewish year as seen by the first man and woman in the Garden of Eden. The illustrations for The Garden of Time are an extension of the What Was Our Vision series, a group of works on paper that I have developed based on visual research into the belief systems of the Ancient Near East.
